- January 26th 1996, Shipping and Agency Services Enterprise was established basing on the foundation of the VIETRANSCIMEX Transportation Enterprise directly under VIETRANSCIMEX – Ministry of Transport.
- Headquarters: 34 Nguyen Thi Nghia Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1,Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- On January 15th 2006: transforming from Shipping and Agency Services Enterprise into Tracimexco – Supply Chains and Agency Services J.S Company. This is a very important spot, marking a new turning in development tendency of TRA-SAS.
- Initial paid in capital to VND 4.6 billion.
- Chairman and CEO: Mr. Nguyen Van Quy
- Major founders: Mr. Nguyen Van Quy, Mr. Do Van Muoi and Mr. Tran Viet Huy.
- In the first time, the profit before tax over USD 1 Million.
- Operated 2nd Distribution Center and Consolidated warehouse in Ha Noi.
- Increased charter capital to VND 15 billion.
- New headquarters building at 34 Nguyen Thi Nghia, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
- Increased charter capital to VND 22 billion.
- Joined Viet Nam Logistic Association (VLA)
- Received International Quality Crown Award- Gold Category – issued by Business Initiative Directions (London).
- Operated 3rd Distribution Center In Binh Duong
- Listed on the UpCom / Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) under the code TRS
- For the first time, Revenue exceeded USD 30 million, Profit before tax exceeded USD 1.5 million, growth rate reached 27.2%.
- Put into operation the Logistics Center at DT743, Di An, Binh Duong with a total area of 5,400 m2 and capacity more than 10,000 pallets.
- Commenced operations of the Chemical and Dangerous Goods Warehouse in Phu Thanh Industrial Park – Vinh Thanh, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai, in April 2021. The facility covers a total area of over 16,000 square meters with a storage capacity exceeding 12,000 tons, meeting construction standards for both DG & Non-DG goods storage.
- Achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for the Chemical and Dangerous Goods Warehouse.
- Increased the charter capital to 54 billion VND.
- Proceeding the construction of new office project in Thu Duc City, featuring a larger area and modern amenities.
